We’re excited to welcome new families into our community. Below is everything you need to know as you take the next steps toward registration.

1. Register Through Brightwheel

All admissions and enrollment paperwork are completed through Brightwheel.

How to Register

  1. Visit: schools.mybrightwheel.com
  2. Create a parent account or log in to your existing Brightwheel account.
  3. Search for Roots & Wings Preschool (Greensboro, NC).
  4. Complete the online application and required forms.
  5. Submit your deposit (see details below).

2. Download the Brightwheel App

This is how you’ll receive updates, communicate with teachers, view photos, and check your child in/out.

To Download:

iPhone: Search Brightwheel Child Care App in the App Store

Android: Search Brightwheel Child Care App in Google Play

Once downloaded, log in with the same email used for registration.

3. Tuition & Deposit Information

Please review the following financial details for the 2026–2027 school year:

  • Tuition: LINK
  • Deposit Required: $200
  • Deposit Due By: January 31st, 2026
  • Payment Methods Accepted: Through Brightwheel [card or bank draft]

4. School Calendar & Key Dates

After enrolling in Brightwheel, parents can check out the full school calendar for the year.

General Schedule:

  • School Year: August 2026– May 2027
  • School Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Optional Extended Day: 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Optional Early Care from 7:30am-8:30am
  • Optional After Care from 3:00pm-4:30pm
  • Summer Camps: Dates To Be Announced
  • Holiday Breaks & Closures: See Google Calendar [Currently 2025-2026]
